Receipt of aggregates by truckloads (10 to 20 tons per batch) then storage in large capacity hoppers (3 hoppers each containing up to 10 tons).
The raw material is in turn identified (grain size, blue value, water content) before processing.
Aggregate drying via a VERNON dryer (average flow rate of 500kg/h) for high volume or in various climatic chambers for smaller quantities.
The material being dried is then controlled by achieving water contents.

Homogenisation and humidification before packaging is possible, in particular via the 3 dosing hoppers as well as a 1000-litre tumbler.
A granulometric and water content analysis is then performed to control the quality of the product requested.
Packaging of aggregates in big-bags, paper or aluminium bags, sewn or heat-sealed, or in buckets of various capacities. Each package is labelled, all placed on CP1 pallets with useful collars and strapping for holding.
